Tim Ferriss is an entrepreneur, investor, author, podcast show host, and TV show host. I first heard of him when he was being interviewed by James Altucher in Altucher’s podcast show in the Winter of 2016. By the Spring of 2017, I began listening to Ferriss’ podcast show as well, “The Tim Ferriss Show and bought his books “Tools of Titans” and “The 4-Hour Workweek.” He has tested an amazing amount of practices that we can use to better ourselves.
Keanu Reeves helped to break down the barriers in Hollywood for actors of mixed ethnicity with him being Hawaiian, Chinese, and English. After I saw his performance in the two Bill and Ted movies, Point Break and River’s Edge, I knew he would be a huge movie star. Keanu has an unbelievable work ethic in becoming the characters he portrays. He also co-founded a motorcycle company, Arch Motorcycle. Moreover, he is generous and down to earth, qualities to be admired.
The late Jodo Mission of Hawaii Bishop Yubun Narashiba who I was lucky to work with as President and board member of this Buddhist organization. I admired Bishop Narashiba’s style of compassionate leadership.
Bishop Emeritus Gensho Hara who I was honored to work with as President and board member of this Buddhist organization. Bishop Hara often shares with me the teachings and scriptures of Shakyamuni Buddha or Siddartha Gautama, the founder of Buddhism.
