Won Trial for Assault in the Third Degree

On March 23, 2012, in the afternoon, I won my trial on an Assault in the Third Degree case at Honolulu District Court. The female defendant punched two female victims twice in the face each. The court ruled guilty for two counts of Assault in the Third Degree and ordered the defendant to the following: seven days jail, restitution for both victims, mental health assessment and treatment, and anger management treatment. Assault in the Third Degree is a misdemeanor.
