Benefits of Green Tea

I like to drink green tea in the morning, with meals, and with sweets. There are so many benefits of green tea. My favorite benefits are the calming affect from the L-Theanine and the alertness from the caffeine. Plus it helps lower my bad cholesterol and prevents cancer and other diseases.
