Oatmeal, Papaya, and Green Tea.


Most times I have a breakfast consisting of oatmeal, fruit, and green tea. Pictured here is papaya with lemon juice from my dad’s home garden at Pearl City, oatmeal with a little cinnamon and sugar, and green tea from Japan that I got from a friend I met in Fukuoka while I was serving as a Hawaii State Representative. These foods are filled with antioxidants and vitamins to prevent diseases such as cancer.
