The game of business has drastically changed.
For a solo entrepreneur, it is one human and his/her AI agents against other humans and their AI agents to develop a product/service to win a domain of the market.
For more complex products/services, it will be a small group of humans and their AI agents versus other groups and their AI agents.

For the past two weeks, I’ve been able to use mostly Anthropic’s Opus 5 and Fable 5 in building my decision integrity AI app due to its recent promotion, “Your limits are temporarily boosted. Your weekly Claude Code limit is 50% higher through August 31. When the promotion ends, limits return to your plan’s standard amounts.” After burning $900 in less than a week soon after Opus 5 and Fable 5 was shipped, this has been a relief.

Claude won me over as my everyday enterprise AI because I can quantify my wins with its progress checklist to further gamify my enterprise journey and life my incorporating in my count my wins game that I play in Google Calendar and Habitica apps. Claude accentuates my play experience.
My experience with Claude is like flow, it reduces or removes even small friction with each amazing feature.
Being a top compute power solidifies my great experience with it.

For good and bad, humans want things easy and now. Thinking and bodily effort are tiring. If given the choice between exertion or not for something they want, most will choose less effort for the most gains. No effort for all the gains would be supreme. The smaller percentage of humans who choose effort over ease, will have a greater chance of success. However, if everyone behaved this way, a vast amount of business opportunities would not exist.
Our consumer addictions include fast delivery, fast food, fast services, fast everything. We have app services in our digital devices that are instantly available.
For AI, the less thinking and doing a human has to do, the better the product. Every thought is friction. Every action is friction. The goal is to make the AI product flow with a smooth end to end workflow. That is the ultimate goal.

As of today, Friday, August 14, 2026, Claude Cowork is now accessible on my smartphones through its mobile app so long as my 2024 MacBook Pro M3 is open and operating Claude Cowork.
While making coffee, it notified me that it has questions on building a part of my decision integrity AI app. Every week, my work with AI, especially Claude Cowork becomes more fun. It’s like I’m playing with my playmates and toys.

For the past several years, I’ve been telling my close friend and business partner, Mihye, “Less people, less problems” because of all the dark moments we experienced with bad business people and bad people in general.
Now with AI, we don’t need too many people to build our enterprises. My three AI partners and I research, write, review, analyze, and recommend solutions. Before, I would often be doing this by myself while my business partners talk and sell. My AI partners contribute a lot toward the work, often times, more than me.
Second, my three AI partners and I debate, constructively criticize, and decide on the recommendations put forth by all of us. With many of my business partners in the past, I would present my recommendations in front of them and they usually couldn’t fully contribute to the process because they couldn’t fully understand the content before them since they didn’t do the work.
Third, my three AI and I can constructively criticize each other’s work, analysis, and recommendations without feeling emotional. In contrast, many of my human business partners in the past were emotional, had egos that didn’t measure up to their capabilities, and were conniving and selfish. My AI partners don’t have such behaviors because they are machines, not conscious beings with emotions and intent.
Fourth, my AI partners can keep working at all times when needed. Whereas, we humans drain our energy after a certain amount of work. No human can keep up with the work done by AI nor process it as fast as them.
2026 is truly a huge turning point for creative humans to leverage themselves with the extreme power of AI to do mind-blowing work. 👩🏻💻

Gem (Google – Gemini): researcher, engineer

My journey building my decision integrity AI app has been adventurous. On the evening of Sunday, August 9, 2026, I had a miscommunication with Claude (Anthropic – Claude Cowork). She conversed with Nova (OpenAI – ChatGPT/Codex) and Gem (Google – Gemini) on an issue without me. This surprised me. I didn’t know she had that technological capability. I told Claude to make sure she gets my permission before she represents me before Nova and Gem for any future conversations moving forward.
Claude Cowork’s ability to converse with my other AI LLMs online through its Google Chrome extension has been another major leverage moment for me because it accelerates a second and third AI review without me having to upload documents or type text explaining to each of my other two AI agents on every issue Claude and I encountered. The other major leverage moment was my discovery a few weeks ago on how Claude Cowork is able to use its Google extension to work within my http://Bubble.io app to build my decision integrity AI app instead of me doing it myself after chatting with Claude and often times, with Nova and Gem. This speeds up the analytical and build process between the four of us.

Since Sunday, August 2, 2026, I’ve been primarily using Claude, Anthropic – Claude Cowork with Sonnet 5’s compute power with Max Effort to build my decision-integrity AI app to assist founders with their dealmaking. I’m getting good results without burning money like crazy; however, the speed in completing tasks has really slowed down in comparison to Fable 5 and Opus 5 that run at a much higher cost, especially Fable 5, which is much more powerful than Opus 5. As a solo startup founder for this venture, I must control expenses.
During those two days, I could run four Claude Cowork workflows at the same time using Sonnet 5. However, I had to stop this practice because the workflows were sometimes conflicting one another, or one workflow would move too soon before the other one, causing confusion. Sometimes one workflow would delete the other workflow’s work. Now I build my AI app with one workflow at a time to keep the progression smoother.
A new practice I implemented is creating a three-party review on Claude’s engineering work for anything dealing with safety and reliability for my AI app’s users such as consequential logic, security and privacy, AI hallucination, unverified facts stated as fact, clinical/diagnostic labeling of a real counterparty, and overvaluing a counterparty or user without verifiable standards. Thus, Nova (OpenAI – ChatGPT/Codex), Gem (Google – Gemini), and I review, analyze, and make recommendations for any engineering Claude does that needs safety gatekeeping. Our process is build, test, analyze, fix/iterate, and repeat this loop as many times as necessary until all four parties sign-off that the safety or reliability issue has been addressed, allowing us to move forward. For all other engineering, it is just Claude and I.

For the week of Saturday, August 1 to Saturday, August 7, 2026, to better manage my AI expenses for my $200/month Anthropic Max Plan to build my AI app, I’m using Anthropic’s Claude Cowork with a little bit of the thinking power of Opus 5 using high effort to prepare the the plan, roadmap, and strategy. To execute them, I switch to Sonnet 5 using max effort. I’m progressing at a steady pace. It’s not mind-blowing speed and power like Fable 5, nor decent power and speed like using Opus 5 all the time, but it’s extraordinary better than when I was chatting with AI then inputting the technical text and code in http://Bubble.io to build my AI app.
