Omelette with Mushrooms, Onions, and Cheeses


Today, I made an omelette with Bunashimeji mushrooms, Enoki mushrooms, onion, green onion, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Asadero cheese, and Queso Quesadilla cheese. Served with brown rice with a sprinkle of furikake.
