To inspire us to work hard with urgency, I linked the Stanford Medicine video on Paul Kalinithi, a neurosurgeon, neuroscientist, and author who became famous by his book, When Breath Becomes Air. So many great people have left this world too soon. Yet, they’ve left a huge impact in the short time they lived. Paul was one of these people. If he was still alive, he would be achieving even more amazing things, and my younger sister Mia would be a colleague of his at Stanford Medicine. Maybe, I would have the opportunity to eventually meet him. Although he’s gone, he’s not. He motivates us to live fully. His beautiful words keep him alive in our lives.
