Step by step to get back to peak performance in our lives


Sometimes it’s a struggle to maintain consistency on our goals, whether it be for our career or personal life. I’ve been feeling fatigued lately so my level of effort on my exercise, meditation, and fictional writing has dropped. My main focus has been on my business projects, but after that, I feel tired and sleepy. I forced myself to run outdoors 2 to 4 miles a couple of times this week, and meditated while lying in bed because of my lack of motivation, and this has helped a tiny bit to keep me moving forward. Whatever it takes to keep us going right? Today, Sept. 23, 2017, I woke up with my hair standing up, and put my exercise clothes on to motivate me to go to the gym. Step by step to get back to my highest level of performance. If you are feeling down, I support your little steps to get back to peak performance.
