I started +positive masters+ a few months ago because I find great joy writing and designing content to help you keep your spirit lifted as you undergo stress, anxiety, and sadness.
Honestly, working on +positive masters+ has been therapeutic for me, curbing my anxiety and sadness, which increased in the last few years. During my years as a politician and in my work as a lawyer and entrepreneur, I faced some really difficult periods in my life such as dealing with negative people, trying to resolve my driving under the influence case for the past 4.5 years, and undergoing financial hardship after taking on start-ups such as an aviation fixed-base operator company that has been delayed with the government process and opposed by well-financed competitors. Right now, my uncle (my dad’s younger brother) is dying, and I’ve lost several close family and friends this year alone. 💔
Thus, +positive masters+ has been a breath of fresh air for me because of the good vibes I get from sharing the mindset and healthy practices that I use, poems and writings expressing my deepest feelings, and mantra words and designs on the products to motivate you to live as best as you can. 😃 (1) Your life plan shows every big goal you will execute on until your projected death. Your plan will change as you evolve and as you deal with different circumstances. Mine has been a living document since my late teens, constantly changing over time. ✏
😀 (2) Second, every new year, create your annual plan, which will have your medium goals that bring you closer to your large goals in your life plan. Your annual plan will evolve over the year as opportunities and obstacles get thrown at you. ✒📓 📖
😉 (3) Third and most importantly, schedule your work into your calendar every day with a number of 1/2-hour or 1-hour blocks of work sessions. Each work session block counts as a win. You can also quantify your wins by amount such as the number of articles you wrote, the number of marketing ads you launched, the number of designs you created, or the number of times you exercised. By counting your daily wins, you are making sure you are taking action and progressing towards your vision. With this system, you will stack up thousands of small wins every year that will eventually lead you to those big wins you desire! 👊

Monkey Mind has been a part of our DNA for survival since the primitive days of the human race. We had to worry about the downside in order to survive against the threats of nature, other creatures, and our own kind. However, we now live in a time where our daily threats are often our fear of failure in our careers and relationships. A saber tooth tiger is not after us every day. If you worry about failing in your career or personal life, and things you have no control over, you will paralyze yourself from progress. Get your monkey mind out of your head by focusing on what you can control!
Welcome Monkey Mind to the Positive Masters Universe! I don’t know about you, but Monkey Mind has been my nemesis every time I have a vision of what I want to do & where I want to be in my life. On some days, I’m on a roll, gaining little wins left & right. I’m moving forward! I’m feeling good! 😁🐒
Then there are those days when my Monkey Mind takes over. “You’re not good enough,” he taunts. “You’ve never done this before. Heck, no one has done this before. The haters are going to attack you. Play it safe. Do what you know. Do what you’re already good at.” 🐵
I counter him, “Get out of my head Monkey Mind! I can learn. I can reinvent myself. If I fail, I’ll still gain skills, knowledge, & relationships. What I’m creating isn’t for the haters, it’s for my tribe, those who want to be happy & have a purposeful life. I’m being me, the best I can be!” 😫
